PupSocks Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are custom-made and require 3-5 business days for production before shipping. We offer rush production for select orders during certain periods of the year.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Domestic (United States)

  • 2-Day Shipping: $29.99
  • Standard Tracked Shipping:
    • Orders $0 – $39.99$6.99
    • Orders $40 – $74.99$7.99
    • Orders $75+FREE

International Shipping (Available in select countries)

  • Standard International Shipping (0lb – 1lb): $9.99
  • Standard Shipping (1lb – 5lb): $14.99
  • Tracked International Shipping (5lb+): $19.99

Shipping rates may vary slightly based on destination and currency conversion at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We ship both domestically and internationally. However, we do not ship to restricted countries such as North Korea, Iran, Syria, and Cuba. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply for international shipments, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.): 2-7 business days after production.
  • International: 4-16 business days after production.

Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email with a link to track your package in real time.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or delayed, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.
  • If you purchased shipping protection, we will replace lost or damaged items upon verification.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

  • You can request address changes or modifications within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • After this period, orders are sent into production and cannot be changed.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
  • If there is a shipping issue, customers must file a claim with the carrier or shipping protection provider.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

  • During peak holiday seasons, orders may take an additional 2-3 days to process.
  • To ensure on-time delivery, place orders by:
    • 10 days before the holiday (for domestic U.S. shipping).
    • 20 days before the holiday (for international shipping).
