Socks are great, shipping...not so much

Love these socks, and have purchased a few pairs in the past. Ordered this set for my bestie's birthday, a month in advance. I figured that would be enough time. It was not. Customer service was unhelpful the first time, but the second time they at least told me "there is a delay". Package finally arrived about 2 weeks too late for the party. Lucky my friend still loves the socks, but don't believe their shipping estimates and plan ahead.

Bad customer service when they made the mistake

I’m a repeat customer and when I’ve had issues before, the customer service was great. This time not so much. My socks arrived, not having the face isolated like every previous pair, like the website says will happen. When I reached out to tell them about their error, they told me I okayed it in the order preview. I did not request an order preview as I have never needed one. Instead of acknowledging their error, what has followed is back and forth with them, never did they explain what actually happened this order. They offered me a refund minus 10 dollars for their error and when I told them I wanted my socks made correctly instead, they said they couldn’t do that. I am incredibly disappointed with this company and will never purchase again.

Well....

It took nearly 2 months to get something I was told would take make 12-14 days with little to no update on shipping or processing. I give it one star because my wife likes them. I ordered them 1-2 weeks before valentines. I did not just "buy them 12 days ago".

The guy i was emailing told me they were put on hold at some point without any real explanation to why.
