I bought two rolls of paper, one of them came all wrinkled and I was unable to use it. The paper is sturdy and thick, a little hard to manipulate for wrapping but did not rip easily which is a plus.

I placed my order 12/5/2024… it’s now 12/18/2024 and still have not received my wrapping paper. I did reach out to customers service and they were super quick to respond but I was hoping to have it already to have all my gift already wrap but by the looks of it I might just have to go buy some wrapping at the store not sure exactly when it will actually get to me.
